The Just Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for their client based in Braintree, Essex.
As part of the customer service tram, you will be working as part of a team to provide high levels of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and will work across the business to resolve product and service problems.
The role will involve the preparation of all quotations for assigned customers. Processing repair orders and works orders and keeping the customers informed to the status of their orders (diagnostics, quotations, delays, delivery times)
Sending invoices to customers upon completion of individual jobs in a timely manner
Experience of working with MS Office applications and MRP systems would be preferred.
