KM4HR are seeking a permanent Global Payroll Service Delivery and Implementation Lead for their international client based in Berkshire
Reporting to Partner level with a dotted line in to HR you will be managing key project stakeholders in these areas while maintaining employee engagement across the wider business from a global perspective.
Responsibilities will include;
- Coordinating & managing of global payroll services
- Implementation of global payroll contracts across multiple countries
- Budgetary control for all payroll operations
You will have experience in:
- A technical background in multi country payroll operations
- Worked at senior manager level
- Delivered complex implementation projects
- Commercially driven
- Collaborative approach
- International payroll experience
