Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess students' SEN requirements.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide training and guidance to staff on SEN best practices.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals.
- Monitor progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Champion inclusion and promote a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with SEN students.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
