NHB Recruitment are working alongside this fast-growing company in their search for a Head of FP&A You will take the lead in developing new analysis for the Group, business partnering with divisional leaders, regular P&L, working capital, CAPEX & cash flow forecasting, long-term project analytics and developing and maintaining the monthly Board reporting.
You should be-
ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with previous experience of FP&A
Self-motivated and enquiring mind to challenge the current reporting and analytical environment and suggest improvements
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability
Solid foundation of all elements of financial accounting
Understanding of project accounting and analytics preferred
This role will follow a hybrid work pattern with 3 days in their Winnersh, Reading office
