Cash Allocation Agent - Temp-Perm Role
Are you an experienced finance professional, with a good understanding of complex billing schedule allocations, looking for a new challenge?
We are recruiting for a Cash Allocation Agent to join a company based in Borehamwood on a temporary-permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and emails and resolving payment queries in a timely and professional manner
- Managing cash postings with cash and cheques
- Completing daily reconciliations of cash postings against the bank statements and cashbook
- Processing journals and payments
- Supporting with ad-hoc tasks within the credit control team as required
To be successful for this position, you must have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, with high attention to detail. You should be adept at organising your workload to meet deadlines, with a can-do attitude and willingness to work within a team environment.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office, and 2 days from home (after training).
