An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Multi Discipline Contractors based in Milnathort.

Experienced quantity surveyor required to join their established multi-discipline Contractors Commercial Team.
The successful applicant must be experienced and versatile with the capability to see a contract through from tender stage to commercial completion.
In addition, you must be Fully experienced in all aspects of General Commercial Construction elements, including Commercial / Domestic New Builds, Commercial Refurbishment Works, Minor Civils Work and will have knowledge of M+E Installations as part of a wider construction tender package.
Must be fully conversant with all modern construction contracts including ICE and SBCC.
