We are the fastest growing water retail company in the UK, with a focus on SME businesses.?Working within a diverse, fast paced team?you?will be the first point of contact for?customer enquiries as well as outbound calling for cross selling multiple utilities, and winning new business, initially with a focus on telecoms as the primary sale and commercial water and waste as cross sell.?

Role Overview?

We have?an?opportunity?for an experienced?and high performing Direct Sales Advisor to join our team in providing an unrivalled service to our customers whilst cross selling multiple-utilities and winning new business.?

Responsibilities?include?

  • Cross selling multiple utilities and additional Everflow products
  • Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers
  • Dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
  • Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
  • Offering quotations to business customers and closing business
  • Objection handling
  • Listening to the customers' needs
  • Assisting where possible with the customers queries
  • Managing?and?prioritising workload?on a daily basis to ensure high levels of effective productivity
  • Any?other duties reasonable expected of you within your role?

  • UK telecoms?or other utility industry knowledge?(highly desirable)
  • Working to a high standard with good timekeeping
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • The ability to cope well under pressure?
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • IT Literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Flexibility with hours during busy periods?
