Description

The International Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the global brand strategy for a fast growing jewellery brand. This role will focus on driving brand growth, consistency, and visibility across international markets while ensuring that all brand initiatives align with the company's vision and objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for luxury goods and a proven track record in brand management and international marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy & Development
  • Develop and implement the global brand strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and equity across key international markets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, PR, Sales) to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.

  1. Market Analysis & Expansion
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify and prioritise opportunities for brand expansion and growth in new and existing markets.

  • Develop localised strategies for different regions, adapting campaigns and product offerings to suit market-specific needs while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Work with regional teams and distributors to implement tailored brand campaigns, ensuring the brand message resonates with local audiences.

  1. Campaign Management
  • Lead the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events) to support product launches, brand storytelling, and seasonal promotions.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring high-quality and impactful marketing materials and activation's are delivered on time and within budget.

  1. Product Portfolio & Positioning
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising teams to define product positioning and create compelling stories around new collections.

  • Provide input into product development to ensure alignment with market trends and customer preferences across regions.

  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to refine strategies and ensure relevance in each market.

  1. Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyse brand performance, using key metrics (e.g., market share, sales growth, brand equity) to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting opportunities for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments.

  • Manage the brand budget effectively, ensuring a return on investment for all brand activities

Profile

The International Brand Manager will be able to demonstrate experience of:

  • Experience of export or international sales, preferably in the luxury goods, jewellery or cosmetics industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and emerging market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external agency relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for the luxury and jewellery sectors.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Base salary max £100,000
