Employability Tutor

We are seeking an Employability Tutor to deliver a comprehensive 7-day course aimed at adult job seekers. This role is based in either a Further Education college in West London or South West London, with flexibility to accommodate the candidate's needs. This position offers the potential for future opportunities to deliver additional courses.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct and facilitate a 7-day employability course designed for adult learners.
- Engage with job seekers to enhance their employment prospects through effective training and guidance.
- Prepare course materials and deliver presentations that are clear, informative, and engaging.
- Monitor and assess the progress of learners, providing feedback and support to ensure course objectives are met.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification.
- Must possess an Assessor qualification.
- Proven experience in delivering educational courses to adults, preferably job seekers.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
