Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all PPM works are delivered to the contract specifications/SLAs and provide technical and operational support to direct reports.
  • Provide technical guidance on maintenance, repairs, and projects for all operations.
  • To lead on commercials and billing with an understanding of the contract scope.
  • Advocate for the highest standards of workmanship and safety checks to ensure that tasks are completed according to the schedule, specifications, and critical path plan.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director to enhance technical expertise and share personal insights into the engineering and site-specific knowledge of the client's property portfolio.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong connections with clients, stakeholders, employees, and external entities to facilitate business growth and client retention.
  • Offer technical assistance to the business development team as necessary.
  • KPI Reactive/Preventive Maintenance Strategies: Implement technical strategies to address reactive performance indicators at the end of each month.
  • Work in Progress Management (WIP): Assist commercial administration in determining job classifications and support the helpdesk in following up on supplier invoices to ensure timely billing.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the 52-week planner for on-site assets.
  • Supervise the handling of all remedial and recommended actions resulting from preventive maintenance visits.
  • Ensure that all asset information for the property is kept current in the CAFM and that effective change management protocols are in place.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Proven experience with Technical Facilities management (qualified engineering preferred).
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills - Proven record of developing and coaching high-performance teams including helpdesk functions.
  • Experience having operated successfully within an outsourced environment.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Achieve set, standards and operate to performance criteria, for example, health and safety, hygiene.
  • Proven financial acumen essential with commercial experience and business acumen.
  • Proven track record of initiating and leading demanding business transformation programmes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
  • High standards of numeracy and written communication.
  • Proficient Computer skills (all aspects of Microsoft Office).
