We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for social media and a knack for office administration. You will be responsible for managing our online presence through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media platforms, as well as utilising our outbound marketing system to reach potential clients as well as supporting the office with other required administrative duties.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, monitoring performance and optimising for the best results.
  • Maintain and update social media accounts, engaging with our audience and creating compelling content that aligns with our brand's voice.
  • Utilise the outbound marketing system to execute campaigns, track engagement, and follow up on leads.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including managing correspondence, organising files, and maintaining records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital marketing, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative tasks.
