Electrician

Your new company
Are looking to recruit an electrician to join their team providing the maintenance on their social housing contract.
Your new role
Joining the team to provide top-notch service, you will perform electrical repairs, testing, and installations in your assigned area. You will ensure all work complies with BS7671 standards and adheres to our Health and Safety Policy and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
Any of:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation - Buildings & Structures)
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical systems and equipment (buildings, structures and the environment)
  • City & Guilds 2360 Electrical Installation Theory and Practice Part 2
  • Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology

and

  • Electrical Installations BS7671 (18th Edition) if not delivered as part of one of the above courses
  • ECS Card - Gold (this can be obtained during probation)

You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).This role is working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Candidates must be able to facilitate working 1 in 4 week on the out of hours rota.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary of £34,000 - £36,000 + benefits including: 26 days annual leave + bank holidays, profit share discretionary annual bonus scheme, enhanced company pension.
