With a growing pipeline of new developments, we're recruiting a New Homes Sales Executive to join our team. You'll be based in Manchester at our Furness Quay development but will be required to travel to other sites and venues across the region as needed.
As Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for Shared Ownership sales offered by Latimer, which is the development arm of Clarion Housing Group. Our pipelines continue to grow rapidly, and so do our ambitions.
We're looking for someone who can deliver high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes, working at a fast pace and achieving targets.
You'll have experience in property sales, working with both internal and external stakeholders and, most of all ensuring a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels.
You'll be working Thursday to Monday 10am to 6pm.
This is an on site sales role and we're interested in hearing from you if you have experience working as part of a development team and feel you'll be a great ambassador for the Latimer brand.
