Recruitment Client Executive - Tamworth

Due to business growth, I have a fantastic opportunity to join the team providing credit control and support to companies in the recruitment sector that utilise our clients' services.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in either in a recruitment administrator / support position where you've been chasing timesheets / payments, or someone in a credit control position where meeting weekly deadlines is essential. We could also consider someone that's worked as a client executive with an invoice finance firm. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and includes relevant training.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales ledgers and portfolio of clients
  • Ensuring timely and accurate cash collections and allocations
  • Resolving invoice queries by collaborating with clients and their customers, acting as the primary point of contact for both
  • Assisting the Client Relationship Manager with the weekly administration of Invoice Finance facilities
  • Producing weekly KPI reports for the Management Team
  • Compiling and presenting funding data to clients

Required skills:

  • Experience in credit control, invoice finance, or temporary recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their customers
  • Proficient in working with multiple IT systems simultaneously

Location: Full time office based in Tamworth – you need to be able to drive due to the location of the office

Salary: £22,500 - £25,500
