I am currently recruiting for a Sales Support Executive for a fantastic organisation in High Wycombe. This entry-level, admin-based role is perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in a customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for managing our main mailbox, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Monitor and manage the main mailbox, responding promptly to customer inquiries, order requests, quote requests, and delivery ETAs.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is recorded and entered onto the system.
  • Raise inbound customer quote requests, agree on pricing with the Sales Team, and send to the customer in a timely manner.
  • Add quote requests as a deal on the Regional Sales Pipeline and assign follow-up tasks to the Internal Account Manager.
  • Support actions following Regional Sales Managers' visits, including order processing, raising queries/tickets, sending samples, quotes, and adding new deals to the pipeline.
  • Set up special customer prices and new customer accounts, adding them to our onboarding journey.
  • Manage inbound sample requests and merchandising requests on our Sales Support pipeline.
  • Track customer deliveries, providing updates and resolving any issues or delays.
  • Answer inbound calls, providing professional and courteous assistance, addressing questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and manage personal task lists to ensure daily completion.

  • Training will be provided for CRM software platform.
