Description

  • Processing payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and payroll regulations
  • Preparing reports for internal and external audit
  • Coordinating with HR for employee compensation and benefits
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of employee data
  • Reconciling payroll discrepancies and resolving any issues
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Staying updated with changes in payroll and tax legislation

Profile

A successful Payroll Accountant should have:
