We are working with a well-established, Legal 500-listed, Lexcel accredited firm who are looking for a Legal Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join their friendly, supportive team in Kenilworth, Warwickshire to provide support to the Head of Accounts and the wider accounts department and HR function,
This is a permanent, full time, office-based job, working 9:00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
The role will involve:
- Providing support to the Head of Accounts and the wider accounts department
- Undertaking financial transactions
- Making and taking client payments
- Issuing and posting receipts
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Performing checks on client ledgers
- Assistance with credit control
- General financial housekeeping duties
- General office administration including some HR and IT tasks
Suitable candidates will have:
- At least 12 months' experience in a similar legal cashier/legal accounts role within a busy law practice
- Excellent attention to details and numerical skills
- Great organisation skills
The role is offered with:
- 23 days holiday, rising to 28 days plus bank holidays
