Legal Accounts Assistant / Administrator

We are working with a well-established, Legal 500-listed, Lexcel accredited firm who are looking for a Legal Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join their friendly, supportive team in Kenilworth, Warwickshire to provide support to the Head of Accounts and the wider accounts department and HR function,

This is a permanent, full time, office-based job, working 9:00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.

The role will involve:

  • Providing support to the Head of Accounts and the wider accounts department
  • Undertaking financial transactions
  • Making and taking client payments
  • Issuing and posting receipts
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Performing checks on client ledgers
  • Assistance with credit control
  • General financial housekeeping duties
  • General office administration including some HR and IT tasks

Suitable candidates will have:

  • At least 12 months' experience in a similar legal cashier/legal accounts role within a busy law practice
  • Excellent attention to details and numerical skills
  • Great organisation skills

The role is offered with:
