Description
The key responsibilities of an Personal Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Providing comprehensive support to the team, including diary management and meeting coordination.
- Handling communications on behalf of the team and interfacing with clients.
- First point of contact handling phone calls, emails and correspondents.
- Prepare meetings, agendas and minute taking.
- Managing personal diaries, meetings and appointments.
- Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information flow within the team.
- Managing travel arrangements and expenses for team members.
- Performing other ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to commute to Manchester.
