?? Position: Lead M&E Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
?? Location: Salisbury
?? Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading a dedicated team of 4 engineers, ensuring the highest standards of electrical maintenance.
- Hands-on involvement in day-to-day maintenance activities, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices to enhance site performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an M&E Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in electrical engineering or maintenance.
