ROLE:
- Deputize in the absence of the Store Manager
- Identify opportunities to drive and maximise sales and profitability
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Driving and supporting the team with sales
- Providing excellent customer service
- Achieve (and aim to exceed) KPIs and sales targets
- Overseeing e-commerce sales, assist with packing and shipping items
- Assist in managing the boutique, opening and closing the store
PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary £32,000 - £35,000 + Commission
- Healthcare Insurance
- Quarterly bonus offered
