Description
- Manage and oversee the Finance Team, collaborating with senior management to motivate and develop the team.
- Oversee financial operations within the company.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports.
- Develop balance sheet processes for month-end, including P&L sign off, board pack production and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage the budgeting process.
- Conduct financial analyses and provide insights.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance.
- Manage financial risks and opportunities.
- Provide leadership to the finance team.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- PQ Accountant
- Excellent financial reporting and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in a senior finance position.
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
