Description
- Oversee and manage the overall financial operations within the company.
- Full ownership of the month end accounts, including timely preparation of consolidated management accounts, supporting commentary and production of monthly Reporting Pack.
- Assist in the development of strategic business plans and financial forecasting.
- Responsible for Group P&L reconciliations, including revenue and gross margin analysis.
- Cashflow forecasting
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Supervise and mentor members of the finance team.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
- Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives and operational execution.
Profile
A successful Group Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accreditation such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards.
