HSE officer
This is an initial 18-month contract, inside IR35.
Based fully on-site in Northampton, 5 days a week.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support on all HSE issues.
- Support on the overall HSE Strategy and relevant compliance.
- Focus on solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels on HSE matters.
Experience:
- 5 years HSE experience within a manufacturing & engineering environment
- Leading & concluding successful continuous improvement projects, with a special focus on environmental management & pollution prevention in automotive engineering.
- Proven experience as an internal auditor
Qualifications
Essential:
- Educated to Graduate Level in a technical discipline
- Hold an IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management (or higher).
- Practitioner membership of IEMA (or higher)
- Tech(IOSH) or higher
Desirable:
- NEBOSH Certificate (or higher) desired
