Grounds Maintenance Operative part time

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a part-time basis working 15 hours per week over 3 days and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £9,360 per annum (full time equivalent of £24,960), Plus Excellent Benefits!

We are looking for a 'can do, will do' enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to work within our Grounds Maintenance Team.

Responsibilities for the Grounds Maintenance Operative role are:

Undertake grounds maintenance work, including grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, clearing leaves, spraying, litter picking, and using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery to areas and properties as per the customers specifications, relevant to the area

Leave grounds clean and safe upon completion of jobs

Operate machinery safely relevant to the role and undertake development training on new machinery

In return, what we'll expect from you:

Previous grounds maintenance experience.

To be physically fit to undertake the role and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Preferably hold a full valid UK Driving License

Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmer's, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.)

Strong commitment to high quality customer service and commitment to social housing.
