What You'll be Doing:
- Responsible for driving an established desk forward
- Prospecting USER clients within Shrewsbury, Mid Wales and beyond
- Have full autonomy to manage your own clients
- Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team
- Proactive in developing new business to the next level
- Building client relationships - ESSENTIAL
- Managing key accounts
- Full accountability for your own sales
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 1 hour lunch
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A solid recruitment background
- Proven SALES success, preferably within recruitment
- Ability to build and develop business relationships
- A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach
- Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field
- A full UK driving licence is ESSENTIAL
