Role Overview
This role is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to all clients. As a Sales Negotiator, you'll experience a varied day-to-day routine, from accompanying property viewings to booking valuations, viewings, and negotiating offers. You will work with sales, rental, and auction properties, ensuring no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with buyers and sellers to finalize sales.
- Collaborate with Landlords and tenants to finalize rentals.
- Act as a brand ambassador and drive sales efforts.
- Maximise income opportunities by promoting financial and conveyancing services
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for an experienced estate agent, ideally with knowledge of the area:
- Strong understanding of the property market and sale process.
- Professional, confident, and skilled at negotiating at all levels.
- High energy levels with a drive and determination to succeed.
- Target-driven and highly organized.
- Adaptable to clients' needs and expectations.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, providing high levels of customer service.
- We seek an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator who can quickly integrate into our team and start making an impact.
Compensation
Salary is based on experience, comprising a basic salary plus competitive, uncapped commission. You'll have the opportunity to earn commission from selling and renting properties, booking valuations, and offering referrals for additional services.
Salary: Basic wage + commission (£22,308-£30,000 On Target Earnings)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) plus alternate Saturdays. Time off in lieu will be provided for Saturdays worked.
