We are recruiting a Showroom Host for our busy client based in Harlow.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role or a background within a face-to-face customer service role.
The role will involve:
- Meeting & greeting customers/clients
- Checking in vehicles for services etc
- Ensuring correct documentation is prepared for customers on arrival
- Administration
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls
- Assisting customers face to face with questions/queries
You will become part of a small friendly team working within the showroom providing excellent customer service.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm & weekends 9am-4pm, weekends are worked on a rota system around 1 weekend a month with days in lieu.
The salary for this position is paying up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
