Commercial Finance Director - Solihull + Hybrid - £95,000 to £110,000 + Benefits
An excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial organisation as Commercial Finance Director. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will manage a small team whilst supporting the CFO in driving the business forwards and all areas of strategy. There are numerous commercial projects and challenges currently in the mix, and this will certainly be a satisfying role for the successful individual. There is a focus around improving commercial finance information to the business and supporting growth by working well with the commercial and operations teams, as well as the Board.
- Full responsibility for FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, and Commercial Finance activities
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Forecasting, Budgeting, and Planning
- Attending and presenting at board meetings
- Exceptional Stakeholder management at all levels
- Further development of KPI metrics
- Driving Change and Process Improvement
- Managing a small high-potential team
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong background in Commercial Finance / Business Partnering / FP&A, and someone who is accurate with numbers and has a commercial mindset. An exceptional communicator and team player.
