Procurement Specialist

Cobalt Recruitment are excited to be working with a Real Estate Investment Trust with a global portfolio. Our client owns and manages a mixed portfolio including office, retail, logistics, industrial, data centre, residential and student accommodation properties. Due to an increased pipeline of acquisitions in the student accommodation space our client is now seeking a Procurement Specialist.
The role
As the Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for procuring major goods and services for the various entities within the group. You will plan, organise and execute procurement activities for mainly the property management teams across various assets. It is key to obtain competitive pricing, whilst ensuring best practice procurement is followed as per the organisation's policy. A willingness to assist with administrative duties through to advising senior level stakeholders is important.
Requirements
- Ideally 4 years plus experience in procurement, with real estate sector exposure
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- An ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
- Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
Remuneration
- Base salary £45,000-£50,000
