Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of core operational systems, maximizing user benefits and uptime.
  • Prioritise and coordinate incoming Service Desk requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including software installations, hardware upgrades, and system configurations.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications and solutions, providing comprehensive support for users and vendors.
  • Establish strong working relationships with colleagues and IT professionals, ensuring seamless collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Experience within a similar IT role
  • Skills: Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Basic administration of Microsoft Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange Server, and Office 365.
  • Attributes: Strong customer focus, team working skills, and the ability to build positive relationships. Adaptability and resilience to see tasks through to completion.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence: This is a hybrid role, but would sometimes require travel to various sites across Cumbria so a driving licence is required.
