Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Accounts Executive to join their well established family business in Hereford.
The successful candidate must be well organised with excellent administration skills. A strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is a must.
The role involves some sales and you would be expected to carry out site visits to current and new clients to secure business.
A full clean driving licence is required for this role.
Main Responsibilities (not limited to);
- Prepare, record and follow up quotes.
- Process all sales and create purchase orders.
- Invoicing.
- Maintain customer database.
- Creation and distribution of promotional material.
- Business development, securing new business.
- Catalogue sales.
- Customer Service.
- Account management.
- General administrative duties.
