Job description:
- This role is working at a private school in North-East London during term time, the team is very friendly and this is a rare opportunity to join the team working at a special school, with a very low staff turnover, with this vacancy only made available due to retirement.
- St John's RC School is a special needs School and College in Woodford Green, in outer London, with 140 students aged 5-25. St John's is a well-equipped school, with a large outdoor space, offering a wide range of learning opportunities and experiences for our students. It is accessible by tube and bus, with parking on site.
- We are looking for an experienced speech and language therapist to join our dynamic and experienced on site therapy team. The successful candidate will have had experience of working in schools, and a good knowledge and understanding of autism, Down's Syndrome and learning disabilities. Experience in AAC is also desirable.
