Our client is a leading energy company across the UK, seeking a Business Change and Engagement Lead to join a growing IT Services function.
With flexibility to work from any of the UK offices, Glasgow/Perth/Havant/Reading, the role offers a hybrid work model - 2 days a week in the office.
We are seeking an experienced Business Change expert to support in the following areas..
- Continuous delivery of our cloud first journey
- Transformation of our Service Management Services, Tooling and Capability to best in class
- Modernisation and migration of applications to SaaS services or cloud whilst reducing our legacy on premise footprint
- Improving colleague services and productivity
To have success in this role, the candidate will need a good understanding of the whole portfolio, an ability to work in an agile enviornment and strong communication/stakeholder management skills.
