Finance Assistant
Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 full time equivalent
Location: Hybrid working following successful completion of probation
Job Type: Part-Time (2-3 days per week)
Reed Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of a unique business based in Benfleet to assist in their search for a Finance Assistant to join their friendly team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of developing and shaping the finance function as the business expands.
Day to Day of the role:
- Issue invoices accurately and promptly, managing client relationships.
- Maintain an up-to-date register of invoiced projects, facilitating daily bookkeeping activities.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure all billing activities are accurately recorded.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports with key insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Manage the accurate and prompt collection of inputs required for the preparation of financial accounts, PAYE, VAT, etc.
