I am partnering with a global business to bring on an Assistant Accountant. This is a great opportunity for those Part-qualified and looking to take the next step.
- Salary: £35,000 per annum equivalent
- Location: City of London
- Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 from home
What can you expect?
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost centre summaries.
- Post journals and support reconciliations (e.g. accruals, prepayments, bank fees, travel).
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Support audit prep and year-end accounts.
- Provide financial analysis and reports when needed.
- Work with teams to resolve queries and keep data accurate.
- Handle other finance tasks as needed.
What skills will you bring?
- Actively studying or part-qualified towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Prior experience in a finance function, ideally within a multinational or large-scale business
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Confident communicator with solid interpersonal skills
- Skilled in Excel, comfortable working with data and producing summaries
- Well-organised with the ability to handle competing tasks and tight deadlines
- Eager to learn with a hands-on, can-do mindset
