Role Overview
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for server and desktop OS, hardware, software, networks, and backups.
- Assist in hardware and software rollouts, involving travel and occasional overnight stays in the UK.
Requirements
- 2+ years in IT Support/Helpdesk roles
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Windows OS and networking
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Full UK driving license
