My client is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their Change and Development Product Team responsible for analysing large data sets and determining trends to support effective root cause analysis.
To be considered for this role candidates must be proficient in using Management Information tools and visualisation technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and effective use of Management Information tools / visualisation technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large and complex data sets to identify trends and support root cause analysis.
- Access, process, and analyse relevant data to provide accurate insights for EASE projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams, including colleagues from ISD, Change & Improvement, Change Management, and HR Business Partnering.
- Identify data sources required for baselining and measuring the impact of EASE projects.
- Utilise Management Information tools and visualisation technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present data findings effectively.
- Apply coding languages (e.g., Python) to analyse and visualise data.
