What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a varied commercial (and some mixed-use) property portfolio. Duties include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Reviewing tenant applications and preparing client recommendations.
- Conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Ensuring health, safety, and fire compliance across your sites.
- Managing rent and service charge demands, arrears, and reconciliations.
- Preparing detailed client reports in line with agreed timelines.
- Overseeing insurance, valuations, and premiums.
- Attending client meetings and identifying added-value service opportunities.
- Leading occupier meetings and handling legal notices related to managed properties.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and lease compliance within the property management system.
Who We're Looking For
You're a confident and capable property manager who can hit the ground running. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Strong commercial property management experience (mixed-use exposure is a plus).
- Client-side knowledge or the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Commercial awareness and a focus on adding value to property assets.
- Solid IT skills and confidence using property management software.
- A full driving licence and your own vehicle.
