Our client, a leading company in the medical industry is looking for a dedicated professional to join their Finance team in Cwmbran. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position which offers both stability and growth.
Job: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £22,935 per annum
Location: Cwmbran, South Wales
Type: Permanent
Day to day of the role:
- Process invoices received for the purchase ledger in a timely manner.
- Ensure month end timelines are maintained and unresolved queries are kept to a minimum.
- Resolve any queries in less than 30 days from the receipt of the invoice.
- Reconcile supplier accounts regularly, and reconcile items are raised and resolved with the supplier.
- Manage the purchase ledger email accounts to respond to queries and deal with them in a timely manner.
- Create new supplier accounts as required in line with approval process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Attention to detail.
- Experience / knowledge of a fast-paced Finance department.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
