REED HR is delighted to support our client who requires a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Officer to provide a comprehensive HR service for a temporary period of 3 months.
This role will support their employees on site in an engineering/manufacturing environment until the end of the project
Responsibilities:
You will be the point of contact for all HR queries including:
Providing HR advice on policies and procedures
Monitor and manage absence and sickness
Conduct relevant interviews and provide support on absence issues
Manage all employee relations investigations and disciplinaries as required
Support performance management, capability and training issues
Support Health & Safety issues ensuring employees adhere to best practice
The ideal candidate will
- Have strong HR Generalist knowledge and employment legislation
- CIPD Qualification
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong absence and performance management experience
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confident communicator at all levels
- Creates and nurtures strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills
Desirable:
A background in manufacturing or engineering
