As Leadership Development Coach, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of a range of leadership and behavioural development activities; facilitating knowledge, inspiring learning, shifting behaviour, and influencing mindset.

Working with Leaders and their teams you will;

  • Use your Learning and Development skillset to design and deliver learning pathways to meet the needs of the organisation and learners at all levels, meaning leadership capability can be efficiently, consistently, and sustainably developed
  • Utilise your Coaching and Mentoring skills to equip, challenge and support them to use Organisational Development initiatives and tools that will drive engagement and performance

The successful Learning & Development Coach will have:

  • A contemporary learning approach with the ability to bring new experiential ideas to the table
  • The ability to adapt your delivery style accordingly, both in design and delivery; you will be working with colleagues at all levels (individual contributor through to c-suite)
  • Have experience working within a blended learning framework and cohort-based learning programmes
  • Possess extensive experience of integrating behavioural tools (e.g., psychometrics, 360 feedback, team dynamics) within learning and coaching
  • Be a strong and engaging verbal communicator who inspires, encourages, and challenges learners to grow their capability
  • ILM or CMI qualifications
