Your new role
Working as part of a team, you will be dealing with enquiries both over the phone and via email, liaising with other departments internally as well as external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be passionate about providing excellent customer service, enjoy learning new industries and services and be a real team player.
Experience in phone-based customer service is essential.
Able to start at short notice
Available to temp for the next few months
What you'll get in return
