About the Job:
As the Finance Manager, you will take on a key leadership role, supervising a small team and overseeing the monthly financial processes. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in trade finance and strong technical skills.
Duties will include:
- Leading and managing month-end duties, including accruals and prepayments
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Overseeing and mentoring a team of two finance professionals
- Maintaining and improving financial controls
- Utilising Xero for financial management and reporting
- Applying advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified with a solid background in trade finance. You should possess strong Excel skills, be experienced with Xero, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A creative and honest approach to your work is essential.
