Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Campus Support Officer to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Gloucestershire

To drive safety and security across the site and to respond to an alarm activations or incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide visible foot and mobile patrols of the buildings and estate to reassure staff and visitors and to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour
  • Unlocking and locking buildings and un-setting/ setting alarms
  • To provide advice, information, guidance or support to visitors, staff and members of the public
  • To respond to and provide accurate incident information to agreed standards and within procedures, enabling security incidents to be dealt with safely and appropriately
  • To respond to any alarm activation on site – to investigate the cause and reset accordingly

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • DS or Guarding Badge
  • Knowledge of the security industry and associated services. Customer care skills, - but more importantly the right person who can be trained – but will need an SIA license.
