Salary: £25,000
Monday to Friday, full time (permanent)
Operating hours: 09:00 – 17:00 office based
Location: Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield
The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, providing top-notch support and building lasting relationships with our diverse clientele. You'll have the chance to work with a vibrant team that values collaboration and innovation.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, and other means of communication.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and products.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new products and services to provide informed support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction.
