The right candidate will be passionate about supporting the team's continued growth by working closely with Managers. You'll have a hands-on, can-do attitude towards workload to ensure the delivery of service excellence across the board.

Job Purpose
- Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the Senior Management team to ensure budgets, deadlines and expectations are met
- Preparation of draft tax computations
- Use cloud-based programs including Sage, Xero, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Involvement in ad-hoc work projects to further support Senior Managers and Directors
- Oversee client workflow, championing service excellence at every step
- Support junior staff by reviewing work and aiding their professional development
- Build trusted relationships with clients, dealing with queries quicky and effectively
- Research and interpret changes to taxation and accounting regulations
- Champion your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities where possible

Job Requirements
- ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
- Qualified by experience would also be considered
- A proven track record of managing a client portfolio within practice
- Strong working knowledge of software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- A team player who can also work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail
- A hands-on, can-do attitude towards problem-solving
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Keen to progress within the firm by learning from the team
