Multi-Site Facilities and Maintenance Manager - Wembley

Job Summary:

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a leading luxury student accommodation provider? We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team in Wembley. If you have experience in Building or Facilities management, ideally looking after multiple sites within diverse settings such as PBSA, Hotels, Hostels, Commercial work space or Care Homes, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenant queries and maintenance issues
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment
  • Maintain high building standards and statutory testing
  • Keep communal areas and landscaping clean
  • Manage mail distribution securely
  • Control budget targets
  • Conduct regular flat and safety inspections
  • Keep PPM schedules and servicing up to date
  • Manage H&S and Maintenance on site
  • Build relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Support site teams and assist with day-to-day operations
  • Manage large-scale building projects
  • Participate in the out-of-hours emergency rota

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in building management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and understanding of student needs
  • Organizational skills to meet deadlines and targets
  • Experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality
  • Proactive and initiative-driven
  • Experience managing large-scale refurbishment projects

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 6 pm
