Position: Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts - 3 Days On, 3 Days Off, 2 Nights On, 2 Nights Off
Location: South London / Critical Site
Type: Permanent
Salary: 47,000k / 40 hours per week

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electrical Multi-skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive our electrical engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical engineers and mechanical engineers from concept to completion.
  • Oversee the maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.

**Requirements

  • Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering (Desired but not essential)
  • 18th Edition
  • Level 3 electrical engineering qualification
  • Proven experience as a Lead Electrical Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off, 2 nights on, 2 nights off.
