Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts - 3 Days On, 3 Days Off, 2 Nights On, 2 Nights Off

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electrical Multi-skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineers and mechanical engineers from concept to completion.
- Oversee the maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement electrical engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational goals.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.
**Requirements
- Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering (Desired but not essential)
- 18th Edition
- Level 3 electrical engineering qualification
- Proven experience as a Lead Electrical Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off, 2 nights on, 2 nights off.
