Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and promote independence for adults with complex and high-dependency needs, including those with brain injuries and neurological conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.
- Encourage and assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with families and involve them in the care process.
- Support individuals in making decisions that affect their lives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on the progress and needs of individuals.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
