Salary - OTE upwards of £45,000 pa (Salary negotiable on experience)
We are pleased to share that we have a rare Business Manager opportunity based at our EMG Used Car Dealership in Duxford, within this role you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor a team for one of the fastest growing family run Dealer Group in the UK.
As an EMG Business Manager, you will be at the heart of all sales enquiries, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure customers fully understand their commitments, doing so with integrity and fairness. You will also work alongside the Management team to oversee the daily activities within our sales team, identifying opportunities for incremental sales and stock acquisition.
EMG Business Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

To be successful in this role you will have;
- A proven track record as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Manager within the automotive industry. Alternatively a Senior Sales Executive with skills and experience which demonstrate readiness of a promotional step.

You duties will include;
- Reporting to the Sales Director, your main goal will be to enhance the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.
- Effectively motivate and support the sales team to reach expected targets.
- Buying and selecting used cars at competitive process to maximise resale profitability.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
- Ensure effective stock management and profiling.
- Support site maintenance efforts alongside Management.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create strategies that boost sales.
- Mentor and lead a sales team to enhance departmental performance.
- Strive towards career progression with support from our business.
